Can be everything. In this case, it references one of two comments my Dad (Michael Patrick) said to me, that I try to use to make decisions and live my life.
1. "Never do anything that will cause you to lose a good nights sleep."
2. "The only thing of any value that you really have is your good name."
These two thoughts cover an awful lot of ground and generally the proper direction of how I think I want to (well, perhaps aught to) live.
